We print wall, desk, poster and folded calendars, bound by saddle stitch, Wire-O or spiral coil. Wall calendars hang and flip month to month, desk calendars stand as a Wire-O tent, and poster calendars show the full year on a single sheet.

Saddle stitch is the most economical for larger wall-calendar runs. Wire-O lies flat and hangs perfectly straight, the premium choice for wall and desk. Spiral coil is durable and flips smoothly for everyday use. The comparison above is a good starting point.

Calendars print on recycled stock, with uncoated up to 100% post-consumer and silk-coated at 10 to 30% post-consumer for sharper photo months. Everything prints with soy-based inks and ships carbon-neutral.

Yes. We print standard wall and desk sizes and can quote custom dimensions, plus layouts that add a cover month or a planning spread. Send your artwork and we will set up a proof.

Calendar production runs about 6 to 12 business days depending on binding and turnaround tier, starting one business day after you approve your proof. Estimated completion and ship dates assume same-day proof approval, and each day a proof sits unapproved adds at least one business day.

Popular wall calendars run 8.5×11 and 11×17 folded, desk calendars sit around 5×7 to 6×8 on a tent, and poster calendars print up to 18×24. We can also quote a custom size for your design.

For a January start, ordering in early fall gives the most comfortable window for proofing, printing and shipping, especially on larger runs. We can still turn rush orders, just build in time for proof approval since each day a proof sits unapproved adds at least one business day.
