Complete your design request

Once you accept the quote in your portal, you work directly with our design team. Most estimates include two free revision rounds to refine the artwork.

Linked to a live order? Your design moves straight to proofing after approval. Standalone? We email you the print-ready PDF, ready to send to press whenever you are.

Good to know before you start.

A revision is a change or adjustment you request to a design after the first version is created. It can include edits to text, colors, layout, images or other elements based on your feedback. A revision refines the existing design; it is not a complete redesign or a brand-new project.

Our designers aim to scope every project with two free revision rounds. A revision covers edits to text, colors, layout, images or similar elements. If your notes require a significant redesign rather than refinement, the project may be subject to additional billed hours, which we will always flag before proceeding.

Log into your Greenerprinter portal and open your active orders. There you can see your design status. When it is ready for review, you can view it and either request a revision or approve it for print.

Turnaround depends on the complexity of the project. Most initial design drafts are delivered within 2 to 4 business days, and revision requests typically take 1 to 2 business days.

Once your design is finalized, we provide print-ready PDF files, set up correctly for press on your chosen Greenerprinter product.

Yes. You can upload your own artwork when you request a design quote, and our team will review your files to make sure they meet print specifications.

Our design team does not create dielines. Dielines are handled by our pre-press department because they involve structural file setup for custom shapes, folds, packaging, sleeves and boxes that require cutting or scoring. If you need a custom dieline, submit a custom quote request and our pre-press team can include dieline creation in your project pricing. Standard rectangle products such as cards, calendars and booklets use our existing templates and do not need a dieline unless a custom flat size is requested.
